My story
My story
My journey started over two decades ago. I have been passionate about early childhood education for my whole educational and professional career.
During my involvement in leading the establishment of 8 kindergartens in Hong Kong and developing my own childcare business, I have been on the front line struggling with low enrolment and overwhelmed leadership teams.
As financial pressures were mounting, I knew something had to change. Over time, I developed strategies that have helped schools and my own childcare business to flourish.
I have mastered the art of building strong relationships...
With prospective families, aligning leadership teams with the school’s vision, and implementing growth strategies that make a real impact.
Now, I’ve taken my experience and built the Growth Accelerator Programme to help you do the same.
How I got inspired
Running a school isn’t just about education
It’s about managing people, balancing budgets, and creating a vision that everyone believes in. After years of leading schools through ups and downs, I realise that so many school owners face the same struggles.
I have seen schools with incredible potential missing out on opportunities for growth because they lack the right systems and strategies.
That’s what inspired me to create the Growth Accelerator Programme.
I want to empower school leadership teams towards ongoing success in balancing education priorities with business and financial goals, and give school owners the tools and support they need to transform their schools into thriving, sustainable communities.
